  • 16 years experience with Syteline/Symix ERP as application consultant and implementation project manager, experience with both Microsoft based Syteline 7 & 8 and PROGRESS based Syteline/Symix.  Familiar with other Syteline family products like CRM, EDI, BI and APS.
  • Syteline expertise includes: full system implementation, system upgrade, data conversation, system customization and modification, system administration, and DB performance tuning.
  • In-depth understand of manufacturing process: customer order processing, purchasing, inventory management, material planning, capacity planning (APS) and financial management (AP, AR and GL.)
  • 5 years experience in SQL Server 2000 and 2005.  Technical skills includes T-SQL query/stored procedure writing; database maintenance; architecture optimization; and performance tuning.
  • Expert in reporting tools like Crystal report, JosperReport, Cognos BI and Business Objectives BI suite.
  • Full project lifecycle capabilities:  business requirement analysis, business process mapping (conference room pilot), user procedure design and documentation, user training, system modification and customization, data conversion and system cut-over.
  • 10 years project management experience.  Successful projects include various big scale ERP, CRM system implementation and business process re-engineering.
  • Strong customer support experience with both internal and external customer.  An effective communicator who can easily interface with end-users, technical teams, and professionals on all levels.
  • Hold MBA and Master in Computer Science degrees.

    If you went to a client site and they had two servers running with Server 2008 and nothing else, how long do you estimate that it would take to do a base install of the Syteline 8 App and Data servers?

    We can estimate 1 day for SyteLine Database Server (SQL Server inclusive) and SyteLine Utility Server (Crystal Report inclusive).
